Refund and Returns Policy

All products are sold with a thirty (30) day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with any of the products, simply return the unused portion of the product however, we do ask you to pay for the shipping of the returned product. If the return is a result of an error, such as if you received incorrect or defective product or you are not satisfied with the product; then, we will give you a full refund of your purchase along with the shipping costs you incurred. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

If your product is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; you may choose either a refund or we will happily exchange it for you.

Generally, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in the majority of cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once it is received (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
