Shipping

Orders generally take about 1-2 business days to process and ship. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 to anywhere in the United States. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. You may be provided shipping details through the checkout screen on our website or through your account. We use USPS, UPS and other third-party shippers to fulfill our orders. If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at info@dream-relief.com.

Damage Due To Freight or Shipping

All Dream-Relief products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. When you receive your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time and include a full description of the damages to the product(s).

Refund and Returns

All products are sold with a thirty (30) day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with any of the products, simply return the unused portion of the product however, we do ask you to pay for the shipping of the return. If the return is a result of an error, such as if you received incorrect or defective product(s) or you are not satisfied with the product; then, we will give you a full refund of your purchase along with the shipping costs you incurred. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

To start a refund and return request, send an email to info@dream-relief.com or fill out our contact form in the website.

If your product is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; you may choose either a refund or we will happily exchange it for you.

Generally, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in the majority of cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once it is received (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
